1 pkg roasted red pepper hummus
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 cup fresh baby spinach (or baby kale)
1/4 cup white Balsamic and citrus vinaigrette
Slice tomato and cucumber.
Pare, core, and slice avocado.
Warm pkg of spinach wraps in microwave for 1 minute.
Spread hummus on warm spinach wrap.
Spread out spinach, avocado, cucumber, & tomato on wrap.
Drizzle vinaigrette over veggies.
Fold bottom edge of wrap up and sides to the middle.
