1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg vegan frozen meatless ground meat
1/2 pkg frozen hash browns
1/2 pkg frozen cut okra
1 can petite chopped tomatoes with juice
1 Tbsp Southwestern seasoning
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
3 Tbsp olive oil
In large skillet on high, cook onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
Add vegan meat, hash browns, okra, and tomatoes with juice.
Cover with lid and cook about 10 minutes.
Season with Southwestern seasoning and sea salt and ground pepper to taste.
