1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 pkg meatless ground meat
1 pkg frozen Mexican vegetables (broccoli, corn, cauliflower,
& red peppers)
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lime juice
Sea salt & ground pepper to taste
In large skillet,cook onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
Add ground meat and frozen vegetables. Add lime juice.
Cover with lid and cook about 10 min. Season to taste.
The lime juice in the Mexican Stir-Fry give it a great flavor!
