1 pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, sugar snap peas,
green beans, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, and red peppers)
1/2 pkg frozen okra
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pkg mini sweet peppers (Grow Farms)
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
1 tsp Asian seasoning
In large skillet on high heat, add chopped onion & peppers to olive oil.
Add frozen stir-fry vegetables and okra with seasonings.
Place lid on skillet and cook 10 min. until tender.
