1 fresh onion chopped
1 package vegan beef tips (Gardein)
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 package instant brown rice
1 tsp basil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
In large skillet on high, cook onion, beef tips, & black beans in olive oil.
Add basil, garlic, and sea salt and ground pepper. While cooking, cook instant brown rice
according to package directions in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, open package,
and add to large skillet mixture to simmer until ready to serve.
