1 frozen pkg meatless beef tips
1 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute minced garlic and beef tips in olive oil. Add bok choy and kale, reduce heat to medium, and cover 5-7 minutes until tender.
