1/2 cup sliced green, red, and yellow bell peppers, sliced to 1/2″ width
1 tsp minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg grilled meatless chicken strips (Beyond Meat)
Sesame Ginger Sauce( 1/4 cup water, rice vinegar, & pineapple juice, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp sesame seeds)
In a large skillet over high heat, saute garlic, bell peppers, and chicken strips in olive oil. Stir in broccoli, cabbage, and bok choy vegetables and sesame ginger sauce and cover with lid until heated through about 5-10 minutes.Serve immediately and enjoy!!
