2 cups plain flour (whole wheat)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup vegan butter (Earth Balance)
1/2 cup agave
1/2 cup brown sugar (maple syrup or molasses)
1 tsp vanilla 1/2 pkg nondairy chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
In large bowl, mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients until mixed well. Scoop out 1″ balls of dough onto parchment lined flat pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. You can flatten cookies before cooking or leave into balls.
I love chocolate without dairy, so I always keep mini Enjoy Life chocolate chips in my pantry. You can also freeze this dough recipe for a month for your unexpected guests. Hope you enjoy your Chocolate-Chip Cookies!
