1 pkg frozen vegetables with noodles (broccoli, carrots, celery, green and red peppers, mushrooms and onions)
1 salad kit (brussels sprouts, kale, box choy)
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
In a large skillet over high heat, saute chicken strips in olive oil and garlic. Stir in vegetables, noodles, and salad kit. Cover for 5-7 minutes. Serve.
