2 tsp ginger (in tube)
2 tsp minced garlic
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp curry
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp turmeric
sea salt to taste
In medium skillet over high heat, saute garlic and all spices in olive oil and stir in cauliflower pieces. Cover and reduce heat to medium until tender 5-10 minutes. Serve!
