1 drop Peppermint (I used Young Living Essential Oil)
1 grapefruit, washed & sliced 1/4-1/2″ thick
1 lemon, washed & sliced 1/4-1/2″ thick
1 tangerine, peeled & sectioned
1/2 cucumber, washed & sliced 1/4-1/2″ thick
In a glass pitcher, add 1 drop peppermint oil to 3 bottles of water.
Add all fruit slices and refrigerate overnight. Very tasty and known
for it’s slimming effects when sipped throughout the day.
I made this Fruit Water for our family dinner and it was a hit!
