1 cup baby spinach
1 Roma tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 pkg hummus (garlic)
1 pkg non-dairy cheddar cheese (Daiya)
Warm tostadas in microwave. Spread tostadas with hummus. Layer spinach, cucumber, tomato, and top with non-dairy cheese. Enjoy!
