1 Tbsp non-dairy butter (Earth Balance)
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers
1/4 pkg frozen meatless ground
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded non-dairy cheddar cheese
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a small skillet, saute onions with bell peppers and meatless ground in olive oil over high heat until heated through. Stir in pizza sauce. Cover and set aside.
On a flat pan. lay out crescent triangles in a circle with the narrow point facing out. Overlap the inside crescent triangle edges. Spoon the skillet mixture
on top of the inner circle of bread and top with cheese. Fold the crescent roll to the inside and tuck under the inner edges. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 375 oven.
