2 Tbsp Veganaise
1/2 pkg sour cream (Tofutti)
1 tsp minced garlic
Cook spinach in microwave for 3-4 minutes and drain as much liquid as possible.
Add Veganaise, sour cream, and garlic. Stir well and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
I prefer to serve my Vegan Spinach Dip warm but it is delicious cold as well!
