1/2 cup carob (or cocoa)
1/2 pkg non-dairy chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup agave
3/4 cup coconut (non-dairy) milk
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 & place cupcake liners in cupcake pans. In large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until all is mixed well. Spoon mixture into cupcake liners and bake about 20 minutes. Makes about 24 cupcakes.
