1 pkg pitted dates (2 cups)
1 pkg pitted apricots (1 cup)
1 pkg raisins (1 cup)
2 oranges, juiced (1/2 cup)
In a food processor, mix with S blade dates, apricots, raisins, and orange juice until blended well. Roll into 1″ balls and roll in bowl of unsweetened coconut. Keep refrigerated and tightly covered until ready to serve!
