2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers
1 pkg vegan ground meat
1 jar Prego sauce (Garden-style)
In large skillet on high heat, cook onion with bell peppers in olive oil. Add ground meat and Prego sauce, cover and simmer till noodles are ready.
In large stockpot on high heat, cook Angel-hair noodles in boiling water for about 10 min. or until tender. Drain and
serve noodles on plate topped with sauce. This delicious Angel-hair Spaghetti is one of my husband’s favorite Monday night meals!
