Angel-hair Spaghetti Nests with Meatballs
1 pkg of meatless meatballs
1 jar Prego (Garden Style) spaghetti sauce
1-2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast, optional topping
In a large stockpot over high heat, boil 4 cups water and add angel-hair spaghetti nests. Cover with lid and return to boil. Remove lid and turn off heat. Let set for 5-10
minutes.Drain. Using a large slotted spoon, scoop up noodle nests from stockpot and place in 9×11″ oven-proof serving dish. After heating meatballs in spaghetti sauce
on stove top, spoon sauce over each nest and place meatball into nest before serving. Sprinkle nutritional yeast as optional topping. Place oven-proof serving dish in oven
to keep warm until ready to serve!
