1 cup warm water
2 1/2 tsp yeast flakes
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
2 ground meatless cooked burgers, cut up into small pieces
1/2 cup original hummus
1 Tbsp Yeast Flakes
1 tsp Braggs 24 seasonings
3-4 fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
1 onion, chopped fine
1 Roma tomato cut up into small pieces
2-3 Tbsp BBQ sauce
Place yeast flakes in warm water and stir. Stir and set till light foam appears.
Stir in flour, sea salt, and half of oil. Use remaining oil to grease bowl to let dough rise 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and then a folded towel. Once it rises, kneed again and spread out with hands
on large stone. Cook in 375 preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Take crust out and spread 1/2 cup hummus over crust. Then sprinkle yeast flakes and seasonings over crust.
Add 3-4 sliced mushrooms, ground meatless burger pieces, onion, tomato. Top off with BBQ sauce and return to oven another 10 minutes.
Serve BBQ Mushroom Burger Pizza to your guests and it will disappear!!
