1 large onion, chopped to 1/2′ pieces
1 pkg Tempah, sliced to 1/4″ slices & 1″ pieces
1 cup smoked hickory BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Whole wheat sandwich buns
In large skillet over high heat, brown chopped onion, garlic, and Tempah until lightly brown.
Add BBQ sauce and stir well. Serve on warmed buns.
