1 pkg frozen vegetables with rice (broccoli, red bell pepper, celery, carrots)
1 cup fresh zucchini, sliced to 1/4″and quartered
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion in olive oil with minced garlic. Add meatless beef tips, vegetables with rice, and zucchini. Cover for 7-10 minutes until heated through. Enjoy!
