1 pkg frozen baby brussel sprouts
2 large baking potatoes, cut into 1″ pieces
1/2 pkg shiitake mushrooms
1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell pepper
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, add oil and shitake mushrooms until heated through. Then, add chopped onion with bell pepper, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and cut up potatoes. Cover until steamed well and add seasonings. Serve and enjoy!
