1 pkg meatless seiten, cubed
1 pkg Stir-Fry Vegetables with kale (carrots, cabbage, bok choy, broccoli,kale)
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat saute seiten in olive oil with garlic. Add Stir-Fry vegetables and brussels sprouts. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve hot!
