2-3 Tbso olive oil
2-3 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup 4 Grain Rice, cooked according to package instructions
1/2 pkg chopped onion with bell pepper
1 Tbsp cilantro
Sea Salt and ground Black Pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp Bragg’s Aminos
In small pan of 2 cups boiling water, add coconut oil and rice, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until tender and water is absorbed.
In large skillet, saute onion with bell peppers in olive oil, add chicken strips, seasonings, and cover. Add rice when done and serve.
