1 frozen package vegetables(sliced carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
1/4 cup sliced banana peppers(red, yellow, orange)
1 additional cup fresh cauliflower, in 1″ pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute garlic and chicken strips in olive oil and garlic. Add vegetables and banana peppers, reduce heat to medium and cover for about 5-7 minutes to cook until tender. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
