2 pkgs frozen Italian Vegetables (Zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, baby Lima beans, Italian green beans & red peppers)
1 fresh onion, chopped to 1/2″
1 tsp minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp basil
In a large skillet over high heat, saute sliced mushrooms in olive oil with minced garlic. Add onion, Italian vegetables, and meatless grilled chicken strips and cover till heated through about 10 minutes. Season with lime juice, basil, lemon pepper, sea salt and ground black pepper. Serve while hot! Enjoy!
