2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers
1 pkg whole wheat tortillas, warmed in microwave
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute onions and hash browns in olive oil until browned. Serve 1 cup onion and hash brown mixture in warm tortillas.Season to taste.
