1 onion, chopped
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 pkg meatless ground
1/2 pkg shredded cheddar non-dairy cheese
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In large skillet over high heat, saute onion and hashbrowns in olive oil. Add meatless ground, seasoning to taste and cover 5-10 minutes.
Add shredded cheddar, cover again, and turn off heat until cheese melts and you are ready to serve. Recipe can be doubled to feed a crowd.
My husband loved this meat-potato Hashbrown Skillet Casserole! It was very filling and tasty!
