1/2 pkg frozen sliced onions & bell peppers
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 pkg frozen meatless ground
1-2 Tbsp hummus
Sea salt and Ground Black pepper
In large skillet on high heat, cook onion, bell peppers, and meatless ground in olive oil until heated through.
Meanwhile, warm tostadas in microwave. Spread 1 Tbsp hummus on each tostada. Top with heated meatless ground mixture.
Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy! This recipe can easily be doubled to feed a crowd.
