1 package sliced Pumpernickel bread
1 bottle mustard
1 cup Sauerkraut
1 cup Shiitake mushrooms
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
In skillet over high heat, saute Tempah slices in olive oil. Add shiitake mushrooms and sauerkraut, cover with lid, and reduce heat to medium.
Toast bread and spread with mustard. Place Tempah, mushrooms, and sauerkraut on toast and enjoy! Makes enough for 4-6 sandwiches.
