2 Tsp Hummus per taco (Spinach and Artichoke)
1 Roma Tomato, sliced (1/2 per taco)
1 avocado,pared and sliced (1/2 per taco)
1/4 cup Kale (3-4 leaves per taco)
Warm taco shells according to package directions, either 10 min in oven or 2 min in microwave.
Spread 1 tsp hummus in base of each taco. Place kale over hummus, then avocado and tomato slices. Top with 1 tsp hummus.
