1 cup salsa
1 cup organic baby spinach
1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion with red peppers
1/2 pkg frozen meatless ground
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped into 1/4″ pieces
1-2 tsp Bragg’s 24 seasonings
1/2 pkg cheddar Daiya vegan cheese
Olive oil spray
2-3 tsp Olive oil
Oil large pan with sides and spray with olive oil spray and spread out pizza dough.
Spread salsa over dough and add spinach.
In large skillet in olive oil, saute onion, red peppers, tomatoes, and meatless ground till tender.
Spread sauted onion, peppers, tomatoes, and ground over spinach.
Add seasoning and cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until crust is browned.
Sometimes I crave a simple pizza, like a Vegan Cheeseburger Pizza.
It tastes like a cheeseburger but is easier to eat! Try it you will like it!
