1 pkg frozen Cut Okra
1 pkg frozen Mirepoix Blend (onions, celery, green bell peppers)
1 – 8 oz bottle water
4 cans Petite Chopped Tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp basil
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
In a large stockpot over high heat, add Mirepoix vegetables to olive oil. Add all vegetables, water, and seasoning. Boil 10-15 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and cover. The longer this simmers, the better! Serve and enjoy!
