1 cup broccoli, cut to 1″
1 cup cauliflower, cut to 1″
1 cup baby carrots
2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg frozen meatless beef tips
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute meatless beef tips in olive oil and minced garlic. Add frozen vegetables with noodles, fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Cover 5-7 minutes or until heated throughout. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste and serve!
