1 pkg frozen Mexican style vegetables
1cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute mushrooms in olive oil and garlic. Add package of vegetables and grilled meatless chicken strips with teriyaki sauce. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Stir in teriyaki sauce and pineapple chunks and turn off heat. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. Cover and let vegetables steam another 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
