2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg Seitan, sliced
1 can bean sprouts, rinsed
1 can Fiesta whole corn with bell peppers, rinsed
1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed
1 pkg shredded carrots & broccoli
1 frozen pkg Asian vegetables(green beans, broccoli, onions, mushrooms)
2 Tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
LaChoy chow mein noodles
In large skillet over high heat, saute onion and shredded carrots & broccoli in olive oil. Add Asian vegetables, bean sprouts, corn, water chestnuts, and sliced Seitan. Cover and steam for 10 minutes until all vegetables are heated through. Add Bragg’s Liquid Aminos for extra flavor. Top with dry noodles!
We love this Asian Stir-Fry with Seitan because it fills you up and can easily feed a crowd! I loved the crunch of the water chestnuts and chow mein noodles!
