2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 pkg pre-made salad kit (1 cup kale, 1/2 cup bok-choy, 1/4 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup sliced carrots)
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, cut into 1″ pieces
1/2 cup cauliflower, cut into 1″ pieces
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute garlic and beef tips in olive oil. Add veggies and cover for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
