1 pkg Tempeh, sliced to 1/4″
1 cup (red,orange, yellow) bell peppers, sliced to 1/2″
1 onion, chopped to 1/2″
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
In a large skillet over high heat, brown tempeh and onion in olive oil. Stir in bell pepper and cilantro. Cover and reduce heat for 5-10 minutes until tender. Serve!
