1/2 pkg baby carrots
1 red pepper, seeded, capped, and sliced
1 onion, sliced
2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Bragg’s 24 Herbs and Seasonings
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In large skillet over high heat, add sliced onion to olive oil. Add sliced red pepper, broccoli, and zucchini. Season and cover to cook 5-10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and serve.
