1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers
1 pkg fresh sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
In a large skillet over high heat, saute mushrooms in olive oil and minced garlic. Add chopped onion with bell peppers and broccoli, reduce heat and cover with lid for about 10 minutes. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste and serve.
