1 cup fresh broccoli, cut into 1″ pieces
1/2 cup celery, cut into 1/2″ pieces
1/2 pkg frozen onions with bell peppers
1 cup bella mushrooms, cut into 1/4″ slices
1 tsp minced garlic
3-4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp basil
ground pepper and sea salt to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute garlic, onion with bell pepper, mushrooms, celery, broccoli in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, stir in California vegetables, basil, and seasonings, and cover with lid for another 5 minutes or until tender and ready to serve.
