1 pkg stir-fry vegetables (1/4 cup carrot slices, 1/4 cup broccoli florets, 1/4 cup bok choy,
1/4 cup cabbage, 1/8 brussel sprouts, 1/4 cup snap peas, 1/2 cup kale)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Garlic Ginger sauce (1/4 pineapple juice, 1/4 cup teriyaki, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp ground ginger)
In a large skillet over medium heat sauce chicken strips in olive oil and minced garlic. Add stir-fry vegetables and cover with lid for 5-7 minutes until tender. Stir in Garlic Ginger sauce until well blended and heated through. Serve and enjoy!
