1 lg pkg fresh Bella mushrooms, sliced thin to 1/4″
1 bunch fresh asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed off
1 large fresh tomato, capped and cut into 1″ pieces
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp rep pepper
sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute mushrooms in olive oil. Add all seasonings to a paste texture and stir in chickpeas, tomato, and asparagus. Cover and lower heat to medium for 5-10 minutes until the asparagus are tender. Serve and enjoy!
