1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables with noodles
1 onion, chopped to 1/2″
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp basil
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add all chopped vegetables and spices. Cover for about 5-10 minutes until tender. Serve!
