8 sweet peppers, capped and sliced into 1/4ths
4 tomatoes, sliced and chopped
1 onion. sliced and chopped
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
In large skillet over high heat, cook onion in olive oil, add broccoli, sweet peppers, and tomatoes.
Season to taste with ground black pepper and sea salt. Very tasty served over Udon noodles or brown rice.
