2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp curry
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute mushrooms, onion, and chicken in olive oil. Add vegetables and seasonings. Cover for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Serve and enjoy!
