1 pkg meatless Chick’N (plant based)
1 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg frozen vegetables with Noodles (broccoli, carrots, onion, red peppers)
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained
1/2 pkg frozen chopped onions with bell peppers
1 tsp Blaggs’ seasoning
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a large skillet over high heat, saute mushrooms in olive oil and garlic. Stir in Chick’N, vegetables with noodles, black beans, chickpeas, onion with bell peppers. Cover for 5-7 minutes until heated through. Season with Blaggs’ seasoning, sea salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
