1 can sauerkraut
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg stir-fry kit: (1/4 cup sliced brussel sprouts, 1/2 cup shredded kale,
1/2 cup sliced carrots, 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup sliced red cabbage)
Stir-Fry sauce: (1/2 cup teriyaki sauce with ginger puree)
In a large stir-fry skillet over high heat, saute sliced sausages and sauerkraut in olive oil and add stir-fry vegetables and sauce. Stir-fry 5-7 minutes, remove from heat, and serve!
