1 pkg chopped seitan
3-4 mushrooms, sliced thin
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
In a large skillet over high heat, saute minced garlic, mushrooms and seitan in olive oil. Stir in frozen vegetables with Teriyaki sauce and noodles and stir about 5 minutes until tender. Serve!
