1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced to 1″
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 red onion, cut to 1/2″ pieces
1 zucchini, sliced into 1″ pieces
1 tsp Bragg’s Organic 24 Herbs and Spices Seasoning
In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Stir in bell pepper, vegetables with noodles, and seasoning. Cover and reduce heat to medium for 5-7 minutes. Serve!
